Are you a manufacturer or a trader?

We are a manufacturer. Our printing, die-cutting, and quality control lines have been running in Qingdao for over 20 years.

Can you make samples for us?

Yes — typical sample lead time is 4–6 days from approved artwork.

Do you have stock products to sell?

We work on OEM/ODM. Size, material, quantity, design, and packing are tailored per order.

What information should I provide for a quotation?

Size (LWH), material, print colors, quantity, and (if possible) reference photos or sketches.

What artwork format is acceptable for printing?

AI and PDF preferred. JPG works for raster references but isn't ideal for print.

How long for samples and mass production?

Samples 4–6 days. Production 10–12 days with print, 8–10 days plain.

How do you ship finished products?

Sea freight (12–28 days) or air/express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT — 3–4 days).

What advantages do you have over competitors?

Punctual delivery, 20+ years experience, free design support, stable supplier relationships for raw materials.

Which certifications does Starmi hold?

FSC, ISO 9001, Sedex, and WCA. Documentation provided on request.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Typical MOQ is 500 pcs, varying by product and material. Talk to us for short-run options.

Do you support OEM and ODM?

Yes — both. OEM for your designs; ODM if you want us to design from scratch.

Do you offer eco-friendly options (FSC, PLA, PBS)?

Yes — FSC kraft and white papers in stock; PLA and PBS bags on a per-order basis.
